Our Centre Coaches:

(RDA Level 1 Riding Coach)

I began as a volunteer in 2014 and became a coach in 2019. I have supported the centre further as a committee member for a number of years and currently perform the role property and horse co-ordinator. I have a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, PHD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and a passion for the environment, natural resources and sustainability.

Extreme Weather Policy

RDA Oakbank centre’s committee of Management does not wish for anyone to be working in extreme weather conditions.

If the forecast is for 32 C or more for Mt. Barker on the television weather report the evening before your lesson, then lessons are cancelled. Alternatively you can find the weather forecast at www.bom.gov.au/sa/forecasts/mount-barker.shtml.

If the weather is cold, extremely windy or raining and we decide to cancel lessons, we will text you as soon as the decision is made.
